Gongs from Thailand have a long history and the Burmese are often quoted as being the original gong makers of South East Asia. This beautiful Burmese 'temple gong" measures approx 20"inch in diameter and is approx 3" deep. With each gong comes a felted "beater "so that the sound that resonates from the gong is a lovely low "dung".
