These is a dual channel audio power amplifier with an output power of 20 watts total (10 per channel) into 2 ohm speaker when connected to a 12 volt dc power supply or a 12 volt car battery. The circuit is easy to hookup with just a few extra parts.
The 70001AB is pin for pin replacement for the TDA2005. It is best used as a stereo power amp but will work in the mono or bridge modes as well.
The TDA2005 replaced the LM2005 series and is now manufactured by ST Electrronics.
