    Description

    This sale is for two REPRODUTION American Flyer order forms.  The yellow one is from 1962 and the blue one is from 1958.  These forms were included in sets sold in those years.  Most of these forms were trashed and they are very hard to find.  If you want to complete the paperwork for your set, these forms are a must.
    Needless to say, the forms you receive will not have the Do Not Copy blocks on them.
    The forms are printed on both sides like the originals.  I have shown both sides of each form for clarity.
