2 Stage 380-400 MHz MOSFET Amplifiers in 30mm x 10mm x 5.9mm package.
2 Watts at VDD = 4.8V with Pin = 20mW (Power Gain = 100).
8 Watts at VDD = 9.6V with Pin = 20mW (Power Gain = 400).
VDD = 17V abs MAX.
IDD = 3A abs MAX.
If you order multiples of 20 pieces (2 lots), i will keep them in the original 20-piece trays. Else, i will wrap them in tin foil for anti-static protection.
