    Easy to use:
    Clean and dry gemstone and test at room temperature.
    If the tester has not been used in a while, clean probe tip (consult user handbook)
    Turn on Diamond Mate and wait approximately 20 seconds until unit green light stops blinking
    Place tip of probe pen against the table of the gemstone until tip is fully depressed into the probe pen for correct reading.
    Results: RED LED, simulant detected; GREEN LED, diamond is detected. or intermittent beep, metal was detected during testing (if no reaction or light, not a diamond)
    No waiting time between tests
    NOTE: As with all thermal testers in the market, the Presidium Diamond Mate is not able to differentiate between natural diamond or moissanite. You are advised to conduct further supporting tests.
